FAQ's

Where do I park?
There's an RCP car park right beside our building. There's on street car park bays along Ber Street, or for a 5 minute walk you can park at John Lewis.

What do I need to bring?
We advise wearing sports clothing, appropriate to the season (cold or heat!). Please bring a bottle of water and you must wear grip socks for our classes. You can purchase these from us on site.

What if I am pregnant, have an injury or a medical condition?

Please email us in advance so that we're aware and can make any adjustments prior to the class for your safety and comfortability.

What if I can't make my booked class?
Please try and cancel early so that others may book your spot. We have a 4 hour cancellation policy which allows you to rebook your class for a day and time you can make within the expiry terms of your credit. If its an emergency, please email us directly and we can review your credit.

What if my class is cancelled or rescheduled?

Sometimes we will have to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, excessive weather conditions or classes that don't meet our quota of 3 people per class (in reformer classes). You will be given plenty of notice and the option of a refund or to have your credit returned to reuse.

What are the different levels?

These are based on skill and experience.

In Reformer classes, we ask you start with an 'Intro' level class and work your way up the levels of Beginner, Enhancer to Intermediate. Please chat with your instructor to ensure it's safe for you to move up a level. If you have previous experience - please let us know when you book so we know you're in the right level for you.

In Mat classes - these are mixed ability, so anyone can join them.
